• Check-in: After 16:00 (flexible)
• Check-out: Before 11:00

We offer luggage storage on arrival/departure day.

• Smoking is not allowed (smoking is allowed on the terrace).
• Pets: Allowed with a supplement of 30€.
• Parties/events are not allowed.
• Quite hours: guests must be quiet between 22:00 and 08:00.

Refundable damage deposit:
A damage deposit of 250 Euros is required upon arrival.
This deposit is fully refundable during check-out as long as there has been no damage to the property.

You may cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival.
You will be charged the total price if you cancel in the 30 days before arrival.
